The OOP4FUN project consortium convened for its final in-person meeting on the 5th and 6th of September 2024. This meeting also served as the project’s annual gathering. The agenda was divided into two days.
The first day was split into two parts. The initial session took place in Belgrade at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) of the University of Belgrade, where partners were briefed on the faculty’s contributions to the project. The second part of the meeting was held in Ivanjica, at the local gymnasium. Situated 200 km south of Belgrade, Ivanjica provided a venue for the project partner (the gymnasium) to share insights into their work and plans for integrating the project’s outcomes into their future curricula.
The second day’s concluding session was held in Zlatibor, located 70 km west of Ivanjica. Key discussion points included an evaluation of the project’s outcomes (PR1-PR5), final project activities, and the organisation of dissemination activities. Particular emphasis was placed on the results of PR4, the project’s online platform as an e-learning resource. Discussions also covered academic book publications, another outcome of PR4 funded under the Special Costs category.
Given delays in certain activities, a decision was made to request a two-month extension to the project. The event concluded with an informal gathering and an excursion for all participants to the Šagran mountain range.
